Terms and Conditions

1. This enrolment is mandatory for the given dates – months, weeks and hours.

2. After the given time you will not need to extend the contraact, as this will happen automatically from month to month. If you like to cancel your contract, you have to do so  in written form and within one month previous to the end of the course. There is no need to cancel a One-to-One Course or Intensive Course.

3. One month of your language course contains 4 weeks.

4. Every lesson takes 45 minutes.

5. The tuition fee is due by the first lesson latest.

6. We try to avoid the cancellation of  your language course due to public holidays or other reasons. We try to catch up with the  lessons in arrangement with students and teachers or recompene in another internal way. Therefore, your language course might exceed the given time frame accordingly.

7. If you miss out your language course, this happens to your own responsability and there will be no replacement. In case of illness or holidays in an ongoing course, such as an evening course, if

a) you cannot attend the course for longer than two weeks

b) you inform us about your holidays 2 weeks in advance

you will be credited as follows:

3 cancellations = 1 double lesson; 4 cancellations = 2 double lessons ;

5 cancellations = 3 double lessons and so on.

Your holidays cannot be allocated with the period of cancellation. You have the right to cancel your course due to holiday reasons with a maximum of two times per annum.

8. We only can provide a group course, if there are enough participants. That means 2 Persons in groups of 3 students, 3 persons in groups of 6 students, 4 persons in groups of 8 students and so on.

9. You have to cancel your One-to-One course 48hours in advance.

10. If you apply for „Bildungsurlaub“ (Educational Leave), your participation at the booked course is mandatory. You have to inform your employer and the language school about any case of absence immediately.

11.Any change of conditions (date, course, language) or cancellation has to be done in written form. Especially, in terms of disacknowledgement for “Bildungsurlaub” (educational leave) of your employer. In this cae, we would like to ask you,

to present the disconfirmation from your employer to us.
