We are pleased that you are interested in our offers and would like to inform you here about the collection, use and processing of your personal data.

What data is collected and what happens to it?
Personal data such as surname, first name, street and house number, postcode, place of residence, date of birth, language, nationality, gender, e-mail address, telephone numbers or allergies or food preferences are only stored by us if their details are required and necessary for the provision of the requested services. Will my data be passed on to third parties?
If you have decided to make a booking with Sprachcaffe, your data will be passed on to the necessary service providers such as airlines, language schools, host families, insurance companies, hotel operators or supervisors as well as to units within the Sprachcaffe organisation. We also pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for sending documents, emails or catalogues. For the processing of payments, we pass on the payment data required for this to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to the payment service provider commissioned by us or to the payment service selected by you in the order process.
Can I receive information about my stored data?
You can request information free of charge about the scope, origin and recipients of the stored personal data as well as the purpose of the storage, and you can also request the correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your data. Please send your request in writing to our address below.
How long will my data be stored?
Your data will be stored in accordance with the travel, tax and commercial regulations of the legislator. This is done in order to be able to check any claims filed by third parties and to comply with disclosure obligations.
What is "conversion tracking" and how is it used?
If you have reached our website via a Google ad, an affiliate ad or an e-mail, Google AdWords will store a cookie on your computer. It is not possible to draw any conclusions about your person.
The information collected with the help of the conversion cookie is used to compile statistics about our conversion rate. This means that we learn how many users have come from a Google ad, an affiliate ad or via an email and have taken up an offer from Sprachcaffe via our website.
If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can disable conversion tracking cookies by setting your browser preferences to block cookies from the relevant domain:

You have the option of setting your browser so that these cookies are not stored in the first place or so that the cookies are deleted at the end of your internet session. Please note, however, that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of our website. Information on browser settings can be found at: www.sicherdigital.de/sicher-surfen.
